Kumeu Central is a prominent retail development in one of Auckland’s fastest growing areas. Gel Architects designed and produced Resource Consent drawings for this mixed-use project. Later joined by Pacific Environments Architects, both practices worked in collaboration with the client and tenants to complete the project in 2021. The development features a Gym, Cafe, Fast Food Restaurant, Office space and Retail space.
