Alpers Dental purchased a four-storey office building in 2013 and set about converting the 500 square metre upper floor into a modern world class orthodontic/dental facility.
Re-fitting the building for new services was challenging, and the work also involved a partial seismic upgrade of the existing structure.
In conjunction with Lovelace & Co, the former office space has been converted into a light, airy, and colourful environment.
The fit out was a Winner in the 2013 Resene Colour Awards.
